Effects of Vibration on Adjacent Pipelines under Blasting Excavation

Exploring a pipeline’s response to blast vibration during tunnel excavation is critical for ensuring the safety of pipeline. In this paper, monitoring and numerical simulation methods are used evaluate dynamic ground soil pipelines blasts. The attenuation law peak particle velocity (PPV) distribution characteristics effective stress (PES) in pipe sections under different working conditions studied. following findings recorded: (1) A three-dimensional model considering situ established, it found triangular equivalent load effect method paper can effectively reflect impact blasting on pipelines. error controlled at 7.69%. (2) PPV each point decays continuously with increase horizontal axial distance, cavity enlargement exhibited above area. oncoming side section more significant than that behind side.
